Any solid waste that is used, discarded, abandoned or no longer usable, generated by the company will be evaluated to determine if it is a hazardous waste.

Accumulate hazardous waste in approved containers, drums or tanks.

Containers must be labeled with the words Hazardous Waste, and the start date of accumulation must be shown.

A licensed waste hauler must be used to transport the waste off the site.

All materials deposited on public roadways and sidewalks for construction-related activities will be cleaned up within one day or sooner expect in designated lay-down areas.

Laborers and/or street-sweeping equipment will be available and used where necessary to clean paved surfaces.

All piles of soil and aggregate that could cause fugitive dust generation through wind erosion will be covered with tarp or watered-down regularly.

In order to prevent noise pollution, restrict hours of operation whenever possible so that work does not occur between 10PM and 7AM.
